Protest In Iran By Women Over Death Of Mahsa Amini
After the death of Mahsa, Iranians came out on the road and started revolting against the government. In the capital city of Tehran, many revolters were seen pelting stones at the morality police and they were chanting against the government as well. The common men got angry after the death of the woman who was taken into charge because she broke the conservative dress code of the country. Various students from Tehran university gathered and they started protesting on Monday. The students were revolting to investigate the cause of death of Mahsa the woman who is said to be killed by the officers.
Three Killed In Protest In Iran Over The Death Of Mahsa Amini
The protesters were chanting Death to the dictator and they even damaged the vehicles of the police officers. After the protests got out of hand, the reports said that they smelt something related to tear gas and stones were all over the place where there was a revolt ongoing. Roads were closed and police officers, riot police, and plain-clothed police officers were seen all over the area. Even eh mobile networks as well were all shut down in the central area of Tehran where people were said to be protesting. The vehicles were burnt and the protestor even got to the junctions where they overturned many bins, and started chanting again and again.
Mahsa Amini Death Reason
There were various videos of people protesting on the internet and they showcased how the students and the citizens were overturning things and how they were pelting stones at many of the governmental organizations. The main area where there was said to be revolt was Kurdish cities in Western Iran, the Northern City of Rasht, and the University in the city centre in Isfahan. Earlier last week on Tuesday Mahsa was detained by the police as she did not wear a headscarf and she was taken into custody. As to the police, she got a heart attack and that is the reason why she passed away. While many others and her family members have revealed that she never suffered any heart attacks earlier. Mahsa was just 22 years old at the time of her death.
