She stated that “I am not here as I did something good in fact I am here due to my misbehaving.” The woman stated all these things during an interview, the 32-years-old talked about the viral incident which is really shameful act and she is really embarrassed. She stated that she was ejected off a flight for shouting ribald at flight attendants and other commuters. Anna was sitting on a Delta flight that was set to take off from the place of Atlanta and planned to land in New York on Friday, 12th October 2022. Anna was recorded in the video in which she can hear shouting at the airline stewards after she was told to take off her dog from her knee. Instead of doing so, she began misbehaving with them and abusing them and even disturbing other commuters.

Her video was recorded by the spouse of a fellow commuter who uploaded the video on his Reddit account. The woman accepted that she lose her temper. The rule of Delta Airlines for carry-on pets said that if the passengers want to carry their pets along with them on the flight they need to put them inside their carries rather than taking off. They need to put their pet dogs inside the carries for the whole flight or journey. The incident happened when Dugan was asked to take off her dog (whom she called Sam) from her knee and asked her to put it inside his carrier. Anna stated that she want her dog and that she would manage it and she also called the crew member “petty”. Suddenly the argument escalated and she began to abuse and shout at flight attendants after that she was asked to come out from the plane and she was thrown out of the flight. Now her video went viral and people condemned her behaviour. She stated that she lost her temper after another passenger began to yell at her.
