Saba Naqvi Arrested Reason
Nupur was arrested because she said hate speech and along with her Naveen Jindal was also arrested for doing so. These two made allegations and passed objectionable speech on the prophet Mohammad. While Nupur was arrested, on the other hand, there is a chance that people who have passed comments on the Shivling controversy and hurt religious sentiments might also get arrested and from them, Saba Naqvi was a part as well. Delhi police are taking strict action against cyberbullying and hate speech regarding the Shivling case that was raised in limelight recently. Saba on the other hand said something controversial.
Why Was Saba Naqvi Arrested?
Saba Naqvi said hate speech against the shivling, and a case was registered against her. Saba Tweeted objectionable Tweets and it is believed that due to this tweet the journalist might face allegations as the case is been registered. The Police of Delhi has registered two cases namely one of Nupur Sharma and the other one for those who will pass objectionable comments online. Due to objectionable comments Nupur has passed she was pushed out of the party and people were really offended, as she said things against the prophet Mohammad.

People who passed comments against religious sentiments were, Naveen Jindal, Shadab Chauhan, Saba Naqvi, Maulana Mufti Nadeem, Abdul Rehman, Gukzar Ansari, and Anil Kumar, all of them came under second FIR, who said hateful speech online. IFSc is trying hard to stop the hateful speeches online and the DCP KPs from IFSC, Mr. Malhotra said that there were many people from different religions who were arrested and said that media and accounts promoting such sentiments will be probed. While on the other hand, Mufti who is now Rajasthan said and threatened that he will cut off the eyes of the ones who say against the prophet Mohammad. Police are undertaking investigations.
