The sinkhole measurements were as follows, it is 149m (490ft) in width, and in-depth it was 630 feet down. The length was a whopping 1000 ft which measures around 304 m. He also said that some ancient trees were as tall as 40m. Guangxi area where the sinkhole was found is known for its beauty and dramatic nature formations. As reported by Xinhua, the sinkhole is the 30th in the Leye count region, as other sinkholes as well are there in this area. It was reported that this place is home to various such sinkholes. These kinds of sinkholes are often found in China, Mexico, and Papua New Guinea. Sinkholes are formed when the Underground roof collapses and lead to the moment of water deep in the sink leading to the formation of vegetation and other species, this easily hides the nature forms the world. National cave and Karts research Institute head George Veni also reported the discovery in the Live science in the US.
