“A low-power invented the machine went off at 5:05 PM IST around 5 APJ Abdul Kalam road close to Jindal residence. No harm to any individual is happened & nor any loss to homes was examined, besides from window glasses of 3 cars close by,” the New Delhi Cops stated in an announcement. It replied, “Initial impressions suggest it was a mischievous attempt to create a sensation.” Police stated the explosion appeared close to asphalt & glasses of few cars were wrecked in the blast.
